What To Expect

This is a safe space for you to express your emotions and feelings without judgement.  Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome and I will meet you there.Together we will discover your true needs and feelings, transforming your pain and wounds so you can feel good about yourself and live a healthy authentic life.
My approach is grounded and creative. I offer coaching with a blend of therapy, integrated with The Adult Chair® model. I help you step into your power, find your true self and raise your awareness. You will learn and grow and experience a version of your higher self through powerful tools and techniques in a creative and dynamic way. My goal is to serve and assist you in your life and help you get a road map to move forward.

One-to-One Coaching

Sessions are 50 minutes, in person in London or virtually around the globe or in the comfort of your own home. 

*First session is complimentary.

Drama Therapy Sessions

A creative way to look at your life like a stage.  Are you the main character or the co-star?  You may even be behind the scenes, hiding away. 

Drama therapy allows you to sit in the director's chair to rewrite your own life script – this time with you being the star in your life and doing what you were born to do.  

Drama therapy involves using a very wide range of techniques in verbal and non-verbal ways, allowing you to respond creatively through experiential storytelling, movement, music, mask work, shadow work and much more.

Arts Therapy

You don't have to be an artist to engage creatively in an art therapy session. Emotions can be overwhelming and difficult to process. Releasing these emotions and exploring the undertones can help you release these feelings creatively through the use of music, drawing, painting and colouring.

Time Management Sessions

Do you struggle with lists of endless tasks, things to do, chores and not enough time to fit them all in?  Are you an overwhelmed mum managing a busy family with not enough time for yourself and the things that are important to you?

I can teach you how to prioritise your workload, find a balance and get your tasks done quickly, effectively and efficiently, leaving you with plenty of time to do the things you love at the time you want to do them. 

Presentation Skills & Public Speaking

Giving a presentation at work, going for a job interview and presenting your assets, skill sets and talents can make you feel anxious, nervous and unsure.  Sometimes we know what we would like to say, but how we present our best selves with confidence, authenticity and power can be a struggle. 

I coach you on great techniques, role plays, presentation skills, voice skills and tools to help you get through these challenges.
